Your data, our duty

Privacy policy

Readers of a fraud desk have good reason to care about their own exposure. We collect the minimum, keep it briefly, and sell nothing.

What we collect

Reports you file. When you submit a report we store the domain, your account of what happened, and — only if you choose to give it — a contact email. Server logs. Like any website, our servers record technical request data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and debugging. We run no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, and no fingerprinting.

How we use it

Report submissions are used to investigate the platform you reported and, where evidence supports it, to prepare abuse complaints to registrars and hosting providers. Your personal account is never quoted in a published case file without your consent. Contact details are used only to follow up on your report.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not send marketing email. We do not share reporter identities with the operators of investigated websites — ever.

Retention and your rights

Reports are retained while the related investigation is active and for a limited period afterward as evidence records. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
